1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gaya9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at https://gaya9.ws. 4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gaya9 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. gaya9 recommends that you:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account where available.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

gaya9 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited within five minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission. Mobile financial service withdrawals are typically completed within one hour of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Same-method policy: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. gaya9 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Transaction fees: gaya9 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which gaya9 bears no responsibility.

gaya9 reserves the right to suspend or delay any transaction that triggers our anti-fraud or anti-money-laundering monitoring systems. In such cases, we may request supporting documentation before the transaction is processed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

gaya9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general conditions set out below.

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion description.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on gaya9 — including sports betting markets (cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other events), live casino tables, slots, and card games — are subject to the following general betting rules, as well as any game-specific rules displayed within the relevant product area.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed when gaya9 displays an explicit confirmation message and the stake is deducted from your account balance. In the event of a technical failure before confirmation, the bet is considered void and the stake is returned.
• Odds and prices: Odds on sports betting markets are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. gaya9 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in published odds. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gaya9 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, initiating unauthorised chargebacks, or any other fraudulent activity directed at gaya9 or other players.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one gaya9 account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or multi-player table games.

• Harassment: Using the platform's communication features to threaten, abuse, harass, or intimidate other players or gaya9 staff members.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the gaya9 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, trademarks, and the overall platform design — is the exclusive intellectual property of gaya9 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gaya9 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
